The Company in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation 34 2(f) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 has framed and implemented the Policy on Business Responsibility of the Company, duly approved by its Board of Directors.
Business Responsibility PolicyThe Policy should be read and understood in accordance with the applicable Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations and amendments or modifications, as made from time to time by the operation of the Governing Laws. Any clarification in the subject matter shall be addressed by the Company Secretary.
Company Code of ConductThe Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement requires that every listed company shall establish a Vigil Mechanism (Whistle Blower Policy) for the Directors and Employees of the Company to report instances of unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Company Code of Conduct. The Vigil Mechanism shall provide for adequate safeguards against victimization of persons who use such mechanism and also make provision for direct access to the Chairman of the Audit committee in appropriate and exceptional cases.
Accordingly, the Company in practise of good Corporate Governance, established a Vigil Mechanism (Whistle Blower Policy), approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
