MR. VINOD KUMAR GUPTA

(Executive - Managing Director - Promoter) Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta was destined to create a niche for himself in the rapidly growing hosiery business. He has a three decades of experience in the field of finance, marketing and administration. He did his schooling and college from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Result-orientated with a positive outlook, he has been instrumental in Dollar’s growth and has achieved many milestones and his contribution has scaled Dollar to new heights.

MR. BINAY KUMAR GUPTA

(Executive - Managing Director - Promoter) Mr. Binay Kumar Gupta has over three decades of experience in the hosiery industry and has played a pivotal role behind the state-of-the-art technology manufacturing unit in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. He has been instrumental in implementing India’s first integrated unit from Fibre to Fashion for the Company. He has an extensive experience of leading and stewarding successful transformational changes within the organisation and keeps on innovating and experimenting with newer products that has given the company an edge in the market globally.

MR. KRISHAN KUMAR GUPTA

(Executive - Whole Time Director - Promoter) Mr. Krishan Kumar Gupta is known for his astute business strategies and solution-oriented approach and has successfully established and expanded horizons for various products at Dollar. He looks after the development of new and improved product range that adds freshness to the brand’s product portfolio. Additionally, he also looks after advertising and brand promotion which is crucial in building the Company’s brand image.

MR. BAJRANG KUMAR GUPTA

(Executive - Whole Time Director - Promoter) Mr. Bajrang Kumar Gupta has been associated with the Company for over two decades and has executive leadership quality. Known for his technical skills and exemplary acumen in exports, he has been contributing to the sphere of logistics, cost cutting measures and administration. He is also known for his vast knowledge of textile industries. He has handled various issues impacting global business and has a vast experience and accomplishments across general management, health, safety, environment, climate change and sustainability.

MR. RAJESH KUMAR BUBNA

(Non Executive - Independent Director) Mr. Rajesh Kumar Bubna, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Presently, he is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant. Considering his educational background and rich professional experience in the areas of consulting, corporate governance, financial reporting and management he brings with himself in depth working experience. With her exceptionally distinguished record of accomplishments, he is well poised to add significant value and strength to the Board.

MRS. DIVYAA NEWATIA

(Non Executive - Independent Director) Ms. Divyaa Newatia is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Presently, she is a Practicing Chartered Accountant having an experience of 15 years. She has adequate experience of handling statutory, internal and other audits of private sector clients and banks. She has gained her expertise in areas of accounts, finance and company law matters.

MR. GOPALAKRISHNAN SARANKAPANI

(Executive- Whole Time Director-Administrative) Mr. Gopalakrishnan Sarankapani, is a Science Graduate and having vast experience in the field of marketing and administration. Presently, he looks after overall administration of the establishment of the Company.

MR. SRIKUMAR BANDYOPADHYAY

(Non Executive - Independent Director) Mr. Srikumar Bandyopadhyay is a commerce graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and has completed Honours in advanced accountancy. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than three decades of post qualification experience in direct and indirect taxation, international taxation, finance, commercial laws including FEMA, GST, and Company Law matters. He has handled accounts of big corporate houses including foreign companies in India.

MR. SANDIP KUMAR KEJRIWAL

(Non Executive Independent Director) Mr. Sandip Kumar Kejriwal is a Central Council Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is currently serving in various committees of ICSI. He has an extensive experience and exposure in various fields like Company Law, NCLT, and Finance etc and is Practicing Company Secretary for more than 20 years. He is an empanelled Mediator at 'Calcutta High Court Mediation Committee'. He is a qualified Insolvency Professional and is the past Chairman of Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC), Kolkata in the year 2016.

MS. VIBHA AGARWAL

(Non Executive Independent Director) Ms. Vibha Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She is a Licentiate of Insurance from Insurance Institute of India. She is an “Enterprise Leader in a VUCA World Program” certification by INSEAD, Fontainebleau France and “Creative Leadership in Disruptive Times” certification by Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and has also done “Leadership Development Program” certification by Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. She served as CEO – SREI Insurance Business with two additional responsibilities as a Chairperson of SREI Bandhan Spouse Club & Chairperson of POSH – SREI Group.
